Senior Director, Program & Project Management
Lead global clinical programs (Phase I-III, RNA therapeutics preferred) across US, China, and Australia. Act as the central integrator for cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, CMC, operations, etc.) to drive end-to-end execution from preclinical through clinical development in cardiovascular, metabolic, and obesity therapeutics. Individual Contributor role reporting directly to CMO.

Lead global clinical strategy and execution (including China-specific programs) for cardiovascular, obesity, and internal medicine therapeutics. Own protocol design, regulatory submissions (NDA/IND/CTD), and trial execution across US, China, and Australia. IC role directly reporting to CMO.
Chemical Analyst Scientist
Seeking a skilled analytical chemist to support R&D efforts in small-molecule and oligonucleotide drug development. This role drives critical analysis for synthesis teams, contributes to oligonucleotide stability studies (chemical/enzymatic), and ensures seamless operation of analytical instrumentation.

Lead target validation and project strategy for cardiovascular/metabolic/ obesity disease programs, driving data-driven decisions from target assessment to experimental validation. IC role directly reporting to EVP of Discovery and Research.
